Took my money & chose not to represent me in court. Very Bad Service , you rarely get to speak to the lawyer . He promises one thing does the other. Tries to get away with "its written in the contract".

Response from owner

You hired us to apply for your DACA status and that was done. (We have the receipt to prove it) Now you want us to represent you in court which is a SEPARATE legal service we can provide at an additional cost and that was explained to you as well. The option to hire us to represent you in court is YOUR decision alone. You can't expect to buy a TIRE and walk out with a car. Please don't slander people without having the facts.

Attorney Enrique Garcia is the best of the best. He's a person who won't lie to you. He'll tell you whether he can handle the case or not. Honestly. Thank you so much for all your help.

As a client, I can tell you it was the worst. For two years, I didn't receive any legal documents from the lawyer, and I was never able to speak with him because he never had an appointment available. The secretary didn't know what she was doing and couldn't give the lawyer any information about my case. When I called, she would leave me on answering machine for ages without giving me any answers, but she would call to ask for payment. In conclusion, I had to find another lawyer because that one ripped me off, but oh well, there's a God up there who sees everything. Beware.

Response from owner

You hired us to apply for residency with USCIS and try to close your case in court because you are Cuban. Your residency application remains pending with USCIS (which is what you hired us for). You entered the country illegally and needed parole, which we tried to obtain from ICE and USCIS several times, but they denied it. Without that parole, you cannot obtain residency. The court refused to dismiss your case because you couldn't get parole. The option the judge gave you, after postponing your case several times due to our efforts, was to apply for asylum. I represented you in your last asylum case at no cost to you, with a balance due from the other work that had already been done. You lied to the judge and to us, saying you would get another lawyer for your asylum case, and you never did. You never gave us any evidence for your asylum case, and the judge ultimately denied it. I agree that God sees everything, and He definitely saw your lies. Please try not to defame us, as that is a serious crime in the United States. May God bless him.

Terrible service, I don't recommend them. The secretary never knows how to provide information about the case, the lawyer is never available, and every time you call, you're left on answering machine with no response, receipt, or anything. But when it comes to demanding payments, the secretary is quick to call. Don't be scammed; we experienced it firsthand. We had days of anguish because of this awful service. πŸ‘ŒπŸ‘

You are not a customer of ours and should not spread lies. Please read our response to your husband, George Gongora, in his review. God bless you.

Save yourself the hassle of doing business with this team. The lawyer itself may seem nice but the way he manages his business is horrible. He takes your money and does not care about your case. You never get to speak to him, he does not provide important information about your case upfront. His front desk team is rude and can never provide you with any information.

Attorney Enrique helped me with my residency, then my citizenship, and now I'm working on the paperwork for my parents. Attorney Enrique helped my family with their immigration cases. I highly recommend him!

Enrique Garcia is by far the best attorney in El Paso! Mr. Garcia has helped my family and friends in multiple complex immigration cases (all with positive results) Mr. Garcia is an ethical and respectful attorney that will truly care about the case. Attorney Garcia was the only attorney who was able to help my mother obtain her green card after spending 7 year and thousands of dollars with other incompetent attorneys. If you are looking for a professional, ethical, and competent attorney, don’t look elsewhere.

Worse service ever. lawyer is never available assistant is never available and secretary never knows nothing. but he is quick and fast about calling you to pay him

Terrible service. We can never speak with the lawyer or his assistant. Only the secretary answers, who knows nothing, gives us no information, or gives it incorrectly and at the wrong time. Furthermore, if we ask when we can speak, even with the assistant, her response is "I don't know what time she'll be here." The lawyer has already finished paying his bills, and since then, it seems he's lost interest in the case.
