The information on this website states they also deal with children disability cases, but when I called they said that's not something that they would be able to help me with. I wonder why that was the case. Website obviously gives false information.

We were aggressively courted by this firm while my wife and I were in the hospital awaiting the birth of our son, but their enthusiasm quickly turned to apathy. David Epperly confidently assured us that our case was a slam dunk, identifying only three potential obstacles that he claimed we could easily overcome. However, despite their initial zeal, the firm sat on our case for a full year, doing absolutely nothing to advance our claim. No OSHA report, no investigation, no progress whatsoever. And when they finally bothered to reach out, they had the audacity to claim that they had requested the report but had nothing to show for it. It's clear that our case fell through the cracks, and we were left to suffer the consequences of their inaction. I hope no one else has to endure the neglect and disappointment that my family experienced at the hands of this firm.
