I cannot recommend Ms. Epperson enough!!! I had hired her a few months ago to help me with a pardon in order to get my gun rights back. I had a marijuana conviction from 10 years ago and she told me I was a fantastic candidate. She went over all the possible outcomes and after speaking with some other lawyers I was informed that she was the best in Central Arkansas. We began the process and while she was doing some investigating, she found out my previous lawyer had filed my paperwork to seal incorrectly, and that my gun rights may be able to be restored without a pardon (which would be great b/c a pardon is at the discretion of the Governor). Since I was convicted under ACT 346 (first offenders act) she decided the best route to go was to re-file the paperwork to seal and see if the county would accept that, if they didn't, we would go the pardon route. She contacted the county, filed the paperwork and within 2 months I had my rights back. After it was cleared up, she contacted all the appropriate bureaucratic agencies to ensure my record was clean before I went to purchase a firearm. Bought my first gun in over 10 years a couple weeks ago, and I'll be able to hunt with my boys again this season. If you're on the fence about hiring her, get off and pay whatever retainer she is asking b/c she is more than worth it. She is professional, thorough, and works very hard for her clients. Where do I begin? My case involved domestic violence. After calling the authorities for assistance, I was allegedly the guilty party. Therefore I was arrested. The specifics of the incident are still unbelievable to date with personally experiencing it myself. I researched several law firms before contacting Ms. Pam Epperson. After the initial consultation, I remember saying, “I feel good about choosing you.” This case was far from a slam-dunk. There were numerous challenges and uphill battles. Pam also has an uncanny ability to anticipate and interpret clients’ behaviors. Many times I became angry as hell. I wanted to rebuke the D.A. and had choice words for the judge and she knew it but told me to “Shut up” before I made matters worse. The outcome? Charges dropped! Need I say more?

10/10 recommend and will hire again if I ever get another big ticket in the future. I was so nervous for my court date, was just expecting reduced fines but she got the ticket DISMISSED!! I have a terrible driving record (19 points) and she was able to get my ticket 100% dismissed with no driving probation or anything.
