I would not recommend this law firm due to our disappointing experience. We worked with them for nearly a year, yet made limited progress, ultimately requiring additional financial investment to retain alternative counsel. The attorney was dismissive of our concerns regarding overlooked paperwork, attempting to shift responsibility onto us. Furthermore, the paralegal consistently failed to file crucial documentation, detrimental to our case. I made multiple trips in a single week to rectify paperwork issues, yet they remained unresolved. Communication with the firm was also challenging, as the attorney was frequently unavailable due to meetings or other commitments, necessitating multiple emails and phone calls to establish contact.

Valerie Epstein allayed my fears and provided me with guidance on our very first consultation and her advice worked in resolving the dispute without going to court. She even assisted me a second time when I had additional concerns which she quickly put to rest. I told her in our last conversation that I hope I never need an attorney again for this kind of thing, but if I do, I am going straight to her! I am very grateful to her and McKayla and highly recommend her.
