I retained Mr. Epstein to represent me in a personal injury case stemming from a car accident in which I was injured. The matter had been ongoing for approximately two years. Unfortunately, approximately two months before the applicable legal deadline, I was informed by email that he was withdrawing from representation and would no longer be handling my case. This decision came at a critical stage in the process and left me with limited time to secure new counsel and continue pursuing my claim. While I understand that attorneys may choose to withdraw under certain circumstances, the timing and manner of this withdrawal created significant difficulty and uncertainty for me. I believe clients deserve clear communication, consistent representation, and sufficient notice when major changes occur. Based on my experience, I was disappointed with how my case concluded and felt better continuity and support could have been provided.
