I was in an accident, and the insurance companies involved wouldn't answer my calls because they didn't want to take responsibility. I contacted Eric Brown, and he got the insurance company to cover all my treatment. Brown provided me with excellent guidance and support during that time when legal assistance was most needed.

I was in a car accident April 2024. I was rear ended at a four way stop. My vehicle wasn't damaged very much, but I had a lot of pain afterwards. I started calling attorneys in the area to understand my options. It was pretty clear that anyone I spoke to wasn't interested in representing me. My case was too small for them to pursue, but I did heed the advice I heard repeatedly - get whatever medical treatment you need and do it now. Fast forward a few months, I was still symptomatic and seeking medical care. A lien was filed for an MRI which triggered several lawyers to send me letters in the mail. I again sought help with my situation. I had been in contact with StateFarm throughout the process and initially had an easy to talk to adjuster. But in the middle of my negotiating, the assigned adjuster changed. I now had an argumentative person on the other end. I dreaded her phone calls or having to call her back. I eventually began calling the attorneys who sent letters regarding my case. I remember the first time I spoke with Eric Brown. He listened. He told me what he thought about my current settlement offer at the time. He encouraged me to reach back out to StateFarm and negotiate one specific part. I was unsuccessful. But after putting up with the stubborn agent for several months, she finally gave me an option to get my settlement offer amended - hire a lawyer. I called Mr. Brown again and he made a very fair agreement with me. Regarding his office, Stephanie was the best office secretary I encountered through my car accident journey. She was quick to respond and helpful. She never brushed me off as some other offices did. Eric Brown is simply a class act. I felt most comfortable hiring him to represent me. He was clear about his deal with me and clear about what to expect from StateFarm. I really appreciate his gentle, yet direct way of laying it all out there for me to understand. I was most impressed with his paralegal, Heather. She is incredible! She responds quickly and explains everything in layman's terms. She sends updates often so you never wonder where you are in the process. Heather is a huge asset to that office. Both she and Eric gave advice when big decisions came up. I needed their counsel. In the end, I wound up receiving a very fair settlement. I would not have been able to achieve that on my own. I attribute the outcome of my case to this wonderful office. If you've made it this far in my review, the main reason why I wanted to post a review was to let you know - if you are overwhelmed with all of the work it takes to settle a car accident claim, I was too. I feel blessed to have had Eric Brown offer to take that load off my back and let me focus on other important things. :)

I was in a series car wreck in Inola Ok. A lady ran a stop sign and hit my pickup broad side while i was making a left turn to get on hwy 412 to go west to get home... police came out to do investagate . when done. The lady who ran the stop. was cited. and both vehicle were towed off. Her insurance people never call me. He is incredibly fast and efficient. He helped me with something my other lawyer couldnt handle and dropped me. Something that lasted over 1 year he got handled in less than 2 months. I had a injury claim and thought his claim was 25 percent but we didn't go to court and he still took 50 percent I would check into other lawyers before using this firm. They also don't keep in contact, you have to call and keep checking on the case.
