If you find yourself in need of a criminal defense attorney, you will do no better than Eric Davis ESQ. Really I cannot say enough positive about him. He's responsive, LISTENS to his clients. My Son was looking at literally a life sentence. Mr. Davis' knowledge of the law combined with his obvious stellar negotiation skills got that very real possibility REDUCED to 180 days incarceration, 90 days suspended, credit for time served and five years of probation. Well I'm glad I didn't get past the no more then 5 words phone conversation. He didn't even hear me out. Right away said it sounded like a civil case after only saying two words was rude and cut me off on the phone and did not even let me say more. Turns out to be it's a little bit more serious then a civil matter maybe it was just my experience but just be warned that's the kind of customer service you'll possibly be dealing with.
