Don’t waste your time. Spoke to me like I was being hyper-litigious when I have a clear case of a property management company breaking the terms set forth in my lease; including failing to do repairs leading to property damage and half the property being unusable. Asked me multiple dumb questions like “what offends you so much about them ‘breaking the terms of the lease?’” & “what do you want me to do file some super huge lawsuit?” Ended the convo by saying “you can send me the lease but I’m probably not interested.” I called Noteware law and they’ve been pleasant & not a total nightmare to speak to so far; which I assume is all you can ask from people these days.

I hired Eric to represent for traffic citation. I paid him $1500 he changed the court. When I was showed up in court I was told I got arrest warrants I call him from the courthouse and he was on vacation…! then I hire another Excellent lawyer to clean up Eric mess in total I paid $2500 not including court cost ..! He’s the worst guy to communicate..!
