EDIT: I was offered the absolute best possible plea deal and I’m THRILLED with how this case worked itself out. Eric saved me literal years of misery. He’s the best. I find it important to note that, at the time of this review, my case hasn't been settled yet. I will wake up tomorrow morning, go into court for what will very likely be the final time (my legal proceedings have persisted for close to four months as I write), and then whatever consequences I face will simply be whatever the judge and prosecutor think those consequences should be given my stupidity. With that context in mind, Eric J Moore is an absolutely phenomenal attorney. When I called him last October, I knew the outlook for my case likely wasn't great. Eric still took me on as a client and worked incredibly diligently for four straight months. He has combed through extensive medical records, police reports, and a litany of discovery files to try to give me the greatest possible chance of a positive resolution. He's spent many countless hours familiarizing himself with every detail of my case. I know these things to be verifiably true. Along the way, he has answered all of my questions and helped me keep my head up, even as the adversity of my case has ebbed and flowed. The man is so familiar and well networked with not only the courts but the people within them (judges, prosecutors, bailiffs, etc), that I have not had to personally appear in front of the judge except for my arraignment and what will most likely be my sentencing tomorrow. I've come in for court, the filings are already prepared, he talks to the prosecutor on my behalf, and I've had the luxury of getting up and leaving shortly after I've checked in. I know that probably sounds like a small detail (and I'm not sure it always goes that way in every court), but those little things have made getting through this entire process with my sanity and dignity intact so much easier. Small victories can feel like major victories when you're enduring a long, drawn out case. I think the biggest concerns with most attorneys, prior to hiring them, are: 1. Will this attorney genuinely work on my case? 2. Does this attorney actually care how my case is resolved? And with Eric, the answer to both of these questions is "yes." He has provided excellent advice throughout this entire process and his fees are way more than fair for the impressive service he has provided. Eric will tell you what you need to hear versus simply just telling you what you want to hear. He's an honest professional in a profession where honesty is imperative. Regardless of how this all works itself out tomorrow, I stand by every word in this review. If you're thinking about hiring Eric, call his office! You will not regret the decision. Eric and Corey are probably the worst attorneys in the state. Bills for research for basic knowledge, over bills, unprofessional, and misleading. Talk to other attorneys before considering these two.

Eric came recommended from my uncle and I couldn't be happier. Eric is very straight forward no B.S. attorney. He Immediately responded to me even though it was late on a Friday night.
