Eric K. Neitzke

2017, I hired Mr. Neitzke after he was recommended by a senior public defender attorney who described him as an absolute bulldog in the courts. At the time, my stepson had a plea offer for three years in prison. Mr. Neitzke, got rid of the prison offer and instead got my stepson a county sentence and probation. Mr. Neitzke, is an outstanding attorney and I'd hire him again without question if need be!

Terrible attorney, washed up has been should have retired 15 years ago. Falls asleep when you are in his office and he is attempting to take notes. Falls asleep with a pen in his hand. Thought he was going to start snoring. Ridiculous overcharging and padding the breakdown of his "services"

Even as my ex-wife threw many obstacles our way during my divorce he and his staff found many courts cases to block her many motions successfully. I found him most intelligent in the law and court procedures. There is no doubt that he and his staff in one of the best and most knowable in the Daytona Beach area.
