A fairly simple case has turned into 3yrs in a few months. I’m constantly calling to get updates. Additional lawyers hired to my case by Mr. Roberts don’t keep me updated. I’m constantly doing my own leg work just to understand what’s going on with the case & what’s needed to close the case. Insurance companies paid out 07/2024 & my family & I haven’t been compensated anything today. It’s constant excuses after excuses. I would like to share my experience with Mr. Robert's law firm. I was only seeking advice from an attorney at first and he kept everything upfront and forth coming about my case. I was reluctant to retain an attorney but in order to get certain things done in my favor I needed him. I also needed to do everything asked of me. Coming to the office, filling out certain forms, and discussing the case from my perspective every time he asked.
