This is my First Time needing to use a Lawyer - my opinion- Solid People Never had to use a lawyer before and was honestly worried about getting screwed over. But Eric and his team were solid. They answered all my questions, sometimes before I even asked. I got texts with updates and didn't have to keep calling. I felt that they actually cared.

Don’t use him you will regret it I promise!
When I met Eric regarding my auto accident, he assured me that all I needed to worry about was getting better and healing and they would help me with the rest, but that was far from the truth and I feel misled. I was constantly spending time chasing the staff for answers and updates, multiple times being hung up on or brushed aside. A huge issue I had was with the paralegal Ida. She was rude, inconsiderate, and condescending. She made me feel so anxious about my case and didn’t provide any reassurance, actually withholding information of which I only got reassurance from Eric later on. She also, despite having all of my financial information, was incorrectly calculating medical costs for me that I wouldn’t have otherwise noticed unless I did my own calculations. If I did not advocate for myself heavily then it would have been a different outcome. Finally, at the end of my case, there were some final loose ends to tie up that I was assured would be handled, but of course, I’ve been tossed aside and ignored, nobody has gotten back to me. Wouldn’t recommend this office.
This law firm have damaged my case and refused to give back my case files ,complete case files. Don’t trust his firm with your case. Don’t believe the reviews you read believe the ones that are actually mad about how a lawyer handle their case are more true. His paralegal was very, very rude and knows nothing about respect to his clients .

Really bad customer service. The receptionist was really rude and didn't not want to help me. On top of that she hung up the phone on me. I do not recommend doing business with this attorney.

Such an easy process with then I had to deal with a traffic ticket however I am out in Dallas. Had a call many different places and they were the only ones that were able to help me out. Thank you very much and keep up the hard work…

Eric and team help me to clear my criminal records and get the expunction order in time, they provided all the required documents and they take my case professionally. I was worried about it first because it seemed like a scam when I got initial email communication with Eric. but it in fact was not. I am so glad I chose Eric and got the results. I had an outstanding experience with Eric and his team at Eric Ramos Law, PLLC. I was injured in a car accident over a year ago and got nowhere with the insurance company. I wasn’t even sure I had a case because they never offered anything. I finally decided to ask a lawyer and found Eric Ramos’ website online. I called and spoke to the receptionist, Amanda Salvador, and later Mr. Ramos (Eric). They were both super helpful! They asked me a lot of questions and answered all the questions I had. They told me they would represent me and explained how the process would work. Everything was done by phone/text or email (during the Covid Pandemic) and I only had to go to the office twice (their San Antonio location on Broadway). Once, to sign settlement paperwork and a second time to sign the settlement check. It was all done curbside with our masks on. The process took awhile, but Eric told me what to expect from the start. Overall, I am so happy with the experience. Mr. Eric Ramos always made himself available to me and was very polite and professional and I would definitely recommend him to anyone else who needs help after a car crash!
