Came in for a focus group, was told to be there at 10am. Showed up exactly at 10am and was forced to wait 50 minutes only to be told I was late and would not be able to be apart of the focus group or receive the promised payout.

Excellent law office. The office has kept us informed regarding the status of our case all through the process. The office has shown honest and integrity.Would recommend this office.

Without your firm, I'm sure we never would have gotten any money from PG&E. Thank you. My only small criticism is I wish there had been more ongoing correspondence about what was happening. A group email once a month, even if nothing of importance had happened, would have be appreciated.

We were happy with the communication coming from Eric’s office. We were able to ask questions and they ALWAYS got back to us in a timely manner, which is apparently a rare trait these days from attorneys.

Account/ABILITY

It would be nice if they actually told you a specific reason on why they denied to take your case. Instead, it's just a blanket explanation as to how taking on your case wouldn't make them enough money or how they don't have enough staff (hire more people then?) Pretty disappointed by the outcome, even moreso by the response.
