We hired Erik when we were being faced with many many felonies from a DA office that was abusing their power and filing ridiculous charges. It was a complex case that required someone that knew what they were doing. Erik fought for us and had the expertise to get us through it. I'm living life with my family, free from this mess, thanks to the office of Erik Fischer. We did get hit with restitution, which Erik appealed and we were able to see a great victory there as well as he got it significantly reduced. If you need someone who knows the law and knows how to fight for you, Erik is the guy. Me and my family are very grateful for all he did. He is truly a life saver.

Mr. Fischer was extremely knowledgeable, and I never once felt judged. He was a problem solver, and he and his team worked hard on my behalf. Erik was straightforward and honest. Absolutely the worst attorneys I have ever paid for . Erick sent one of his “Co-Attorneys” after he said it would be him . I got sent josh Taylor to represent me who did a absolutely horrible job and didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing at all. If you want to get your money taken for horrible representation then go with these people. Better off taking the plea by yourself then to pay them to take it for you. DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM!!! HORRIBLE!!!

When I 1st met Mr. Cash (Joe), I was not in the best state of mind. I was not ready to go through the process of a divorce, especially with children involved. I have heard and seen horror stories of cases where the father appears not to get justice in Colorado. Joe assured me that he would get me through these processes. I felt a calm come over me after meeting with him and speaking to him face to face. I am not saying that it was easy, nor was it a joyful experience. However, Joe had more than once put me at ease through this process. In the end I faired far better than what my expectations were. Mr. Cash and his paralegal Kayla, are an exemplary example of what a good lawyer and his team can do. They were both honest and sincere, they took the time to get to know me and what my goals where throughout this process. At times those goals had to change, Joe was there with legal advise and knew exactly what direction to take the case. I am lucky to have found him. He was my third interview the day I hired him to take my case. He was the only one that made me feel like I had a chance. There is no price to put on what he did for me and my two boys. I think Erik is the best attorney within Colorado! I have sought his counsel for a multitude of legal concerns, representation and questions. He is an attorney who follows through and wins his cases! Erik seemed like a top notch attorney and instilled hope that matters would be handled. Come the day of initial hearing and he subbed in Hannah an assistant attorney. She didn’t know a thing about my case and it showed during the hearing. I wouldn’t recommend him as his office seems in disarray at the moment and Hannah was clueless. I fed her info to be my proxy voice to the Judge while she looked mortified and way more nervous than I was. Horrible experience that I won’t be repeating.

I hired Erik and his team after I got a DUI. I paid him a large chunk of change, for him not to show up to my first court appearance. I had to stand in front of a judge as he asked me where my lawyer was. I was absolutely mortified. When I was in contact with the office, I was dismissed multiple occasions by John. I do not recommend this law office, as you cannot be sure they will appear at court. I am appalled they could take my money without ever given me any services other than a consultation. Word to the wise, Erik’s personal office is a disaster with papers and things stacked in every corner. That should have been all the warning I needed.

Erik did a fantastic job with a fairly complicated and lengthy case. At the end the outcome was better than hoped for.
