Do not recommend. Really feel like I got finessed out of my money while looking for a reputable lawyer to take over helping me with my trademark. First spoke to Eric over the phone during a consult. Agreed to hire and pay the said price due to what we discussed only for another associate to come take over and change everything he said up and try to charge more. I do not like that I would had to have paid double instead of what Eric told me, we discussed and agreed upon. Now I’m at risk of not only loosing my trademark but also my small business that meant a lot to me and my deceased family member I started it with. I honestly wish I would’ve made a different choice and did not pay over $1k for a piece of paper to be mailed out but instead my actual trademark to be filed and registered. Do not recommend.
