I was hit by a D.U.I.I. driver. I hired David Eder and his partners (Andrew, Ben and Joel) to represent my wife and me. It matters who you choose to represent you! Ernie was the right choice. After almost a year with a different attorney we realized he was doing NOTHING in our best interest. Often felt like we were a bother to him. Not Ernest Jenks! He is a bulldog. He immediately started to make things happen. He has experience and knows exactly what to do. After a year of nothing it was great to have someone working for us. WC is so complicated. Don't try to do it yourself. You need Ernie.

Ernie Jenks worked tirelessly to help me resolve my workman comp claim.
