Ernie Robinette Jr. - Attorney

Every now and then I remember my case I hired Ernie for in 2012. That is why I am leaving this review. It was a large dope case and he took $7,000 from my family on my behalf. When asked why he was refusing to visit me in jail after MONTHS of ignoring me and refusing to give me my discovery packet, he replied "your son is a drug dealer. What do you expect? Him not to get in trouble"? (This was my paid lawyer!) He would then tell my family he would visit me with my discovery before sentencing or trial. Yet, he would NEVER show up to me in jail for 5 months! He never gave me discovery, he kept all $7000, and he even refused to read the circuit court files that reminded him that we got the most serious charges thrown out months ago in district court. That was his job. If I hadn't spoke up to judge Sharonowski, I would have gotten 2 years in prison using Ernie Robinette Jr. Instead of probation and time served. He actually came out in the hallway to tell me I was going to prison on charges that we had gotten dropped months ago in district due to drug lab results. I simply reminded the judge myself and everything changed to probation. I should have sued this guy for my money back. He will physically show up. But that is it. Stay Away! (I wish I had the guts to take action when I was younger)

The best attorney money can buy. He is prompt, accurate, professional, and truly cares about his clients, which is rare in this line of work. Most attorneys are after the pay day.
