Did a very poor representation for me, and rarely showed up for my court appearances, and didn’t fight for me or my rights, but does like to take your money.The attorney that was to represent me did absolutely nothing, the attorney was Mathew Ernst, he just sat there allowing the prosecutor to get her way in court, and would show up to court via telephone, he then wanted to be released from my case because he didn’t want to make the drive.

Mr. Ernst was paid a ridiculous amount of money. First, he showed up 2.5 hours late to my court hearing causing it to be continued for another week. After that court hearing I was served all of my time; 232 days. I heard from Mr. Ernst ONE time within a 7 month jail sentence. He literally did absolutely nothing for me. He wouldn’t respond to me, which caused so much emotional distress on top of everything I was going through while being Incarcerated. I’m just very disappointed that he wasn’t more supportive or helpful throughout this difficult time for me after all the money I spent for him to provide representation for me. I would not recommend. NOT AT ALL!
