I used to think bankruptcy was the end of the world, but they all made it easy for me. I've learned it's not the end. There's great communication from beginning to end.

I was very satisfied with the communication and responsiveness before I officially filed. However, since payment was made, communication has completely stopped. I have been trying to get a return call for over five weeks now — I left two voicemails and sent two emails with no response. When I finally did get a brief update, I was told my file was “in the pile,” which felt dismissive after being so patient. Bankruptcy is already stressful, and clients deserve consistent communication and basic updates. I truly expected better follow-through and professionalism based on how things started. I hope this firm improves post-payment communication for future clients.
