Great lawyer

Failed to find covenants during the title search, creating significant issues when We went to erect a fence. Knew he screwed up, did not attempt to attone for this basic, fundamental error (WHAT ACTUAL COMPETENT ATTORNEY SCREWS UP A TITLE SEARCH???). We will not use this grossly substandard closing, um, attorney for anything, ever, again.

We have been using Esplanade Title company and the owner Michael Yentzen for 19 years ever since Hurricane Katrina. They do title searches very fast and closing very fast and have NEVER EVER had one thing go wrong with his documents or closings.

I Contacted Michael J. Yentzen, With Esplanade Land & Title Company for the 1st time, never having used their services before needing a super quick abstract for a property going to bid (foreclosure auction) in 4 business days. They promised to have it on day 3 but delivered it early on day 2. Mr. Yentzen was extremely easy to work with, took the time to speak with me, detailing what they had found out on the property, and emailed me the documentation. I found out the property was subject to covenants and more than one lien was on the property. The cost was reasonable, I was able to handle everything over the phone without needing to go to their offices, the transaction could not have gone smoother. Prior to contacting Esplanade Land & Title, I had contacted 2 other Land Title Companies I had previously used, I'm still waiting on one of them to return my call. Esplanade Land & Title Company will be my go to attorney's office in the future. I would highly recommend the Company and Michael J. Yentzen.

Although it is a very old house and very run down, it was clean. The lawyer was very professional and knowledgeable and provided us with all the documentation and information we needed.

My neighborhood decided to amend our restrictive covenant to prevent short term rentals. We only had a couple of days to get the amendment drawn up, signed/notarized by property owners, and filed at the courthouse. I called several other law offices but no one could get it done in a timely fashion. When I called Michael Yentzen's firm Esplanade Land and Title, his legal assistant put him on the line and he took the time to discuss our issue at length. Mr. Yentzen got the job done in one day. His expertise is not limited to real estate matters so he will be my go to for other legal advice also. Stellar service. Highly recommended.

I simply made a phone call, and Mr. Yentzen answered. Very polite very professional, and answered questions for me concerning real estate. I haven't used him for business yet, but I would recommend based on his knowledge and friendliness.
