Personal Injury / Accident (Vehicle vs Pedestrian) After the shock of being struck by a vehicle, realizing that I would someday recover from my injuries, I was advised to seek legal counsel. This was a task I had no experience in and didn't know where to begin. As always, people began to throw names of law firms at me. Kobin Esq., partner at Essner & Kobin and he did what I never expected. Due to my injuries I was hospitalized and was unable to go to his office. To my surprise he came to the hospital to speak to me. I can, in all honesty say that he was not only punctual, he listened, he displayed a genuine concern which eased me. I have never had to secure the assistance of an attorney and did not know what to expect. What an amazing experience. Essner & Kobin truly were there for me when I needed the immediate and more importantly expertized assistance and help the most.
