Tim Reilley is amazing!!! This is the first time I needed a lawyer and thank goodness I picked him. Excellent attorney! My wife and I engaged Chip after several years of futile attempts of interaction with our insurance company. My wife had an accident in 2020, breaking 7 ribs, multiple internal organ damage, etc. Our insurance company told us that because the rollover accident in our ATV, which was under our policy, but not caused by either of us, that there was $30,000 we could use for medical payments. The entire deal was mysterious, the claim went through 3 claim agents with the insurance company. After years of trying to connect someone that could help (they always had to check with upper management and "get back to us"), we had pretty much given up. We had received an offer letter from the insurance company for the $30,000, yet no one could tell us how to accept the offer, and receive payment. Chip knew exactly where the hang up was, he was baffled why no who could help would receive or return our call. He was able to get to someone that could finish processing the claim and payout the offer within a few weeks. During this time, Chip was very responsive and communicated immediately upon any updates.
