My disabled brother was walking across his parking lot at work and was hit by a vehicle due to the driver's inattention. As it turned out, she was uninsured and he was not on the clock at work yet, so the company let us know they weren't responsible. It was a horrible situation and he ended up with multiple broken bones, surgeries, was hospitalized for weeks, rehabilitation, lost his job, and then, was unable to continue living in his second story walk-up apartment, where he had lived for 35 years. This case, lawsuit was a very lengthy process. Their team at FCHC always answered questions promptly over the phone, via text, email and USPS mail. Always keeping us well and clearly informed of the status of the case. Going up against a large corporation really required their strong navigation skills and expertise to represent us in this difficult scenario.
