I would like to recognize and recommend in the strongest possible terms, Karen Schlotthauer, estate planning attorney.  I sought Karen's help to revise a trust another attorney had recently completed for us.  When we found that our bank was not able to service that trust as written, it caused me to doubt if the first trust had been done correctly.  At our very first meeting, Karen first asked what it was I was trying to accomplish.  There are extenuating family circumstances to consider and Karen was immediately able to offer solutions I had not heard of before.  In all of our dealings, Karen explained all the legal jargon in practical terms.  I walked out of the office confidant in the plan we drew up.  Communication was easy, efficient and timely by email and phone.  Downloadable files were provided with an estate booklet to follow, originals to be keep on-file at the attorney office.  Estate planning is of critical importance and I have utmost confidence and satisfaction with the work Karen and her office did.

I am a very happy client. I am an attorney and got help from this firm and Kristina Keppeler, to collect a past due balance from one of my clients. Within 4 weeks of starting the process, Kristina negotiated a settlement and I received a check. We did not have to go to court. I will not hesitate to contact Kristina again for assistance with future debt collections.
