I contacted this firm in early December regarding a potential employment matter. After my initial outreach, I was asked to provide records and a detailed timeline, which I did. We later had a call after the attorney reviewed my employee file, so I understood the materials had been received and discussed. Over the course of nearly two months, however, I did not receive a clear decision or timeline on whether the firm intended to take my case. When I followed up to ask if I should move forward elsewhere, I received a call that was confusing and, at times, discourteous. I was frequently interrupted, and I was questioned about procedural steps I had taken—such as requesting a right-to-sue letter—as if there had been an agreement or retainer in place, when there had not. I understand that attorneys must carefully evaluate risk and complexity, and I respect that process. That said, clearer communication and more professional tone would have been appreciated, especially given the length of time involved and the fact that my materials had already been reviewed and discussed. Ultimately, I decided to move on. While I appreciate the initial interest, the extended indecision and manner of communication made this experience frustrating and unnecessarily time-consuming.

Had a guy recently at my work harass me and even admit to it and then threatened to shoot me in front of my supervisor plus coming into racist situations and even having pictures and reports and witnesses and yet these guys say they cant help me lol is that a joke? Im starting to question what is the point of attorneys anymore i guess if i get injured or worse it was because i was ignored smfh.
