Wanted to give a shoutout to Joe. I spoke to multiple lawyers in regards to a DUI I had in Lake Tahoe while on vacation. At first I was unsure about choosing Joe to represent me due to his lower rate compared to the other lawyers that I spoke to. But after a conversation with him I knew he was the guy. Won't mention names but one lawyer pretty much told me I had no chance, another lawyer had a much higher fee. Joe had a reasonable fee and from the beginning he told me that we had a chance and are going to fight it. Very intelligent lawyer and honest human and had my charges reduced to a reckless driving. He's your guy if you want a fighting chance.

I do not recommend ever working with them. Ever. John let us down at every turn.

Worst representation I have ever experienced. Joe talked like he was gonna win the case, should have won the case, on a violation of blood draw. but put no effort into gathering The evidence to win the case. Did not get video I knew was there which would have prooved beound a doubt my innocence. Blew the entire court procedings with poor questioning and no follow through what so ever. But he lost a case which should have been easily won. If you want to waist your money pay someone to do abosoulty nothing for you. This firm is for you.

Robert Fahrendorf is a top tier lawyer and all around gentleman. He has decades on decades of experience, and he has taken on the biggest cases against the biggest opponents and won. He is a life saver and always on your side at an extremely competitive price. After growing up in lake tahoe with the largest attorneys son as my friend I dont even use him, as his team is weak and lazy and double the price compared to the Fahrendorf Law Offices.
