Patrick and Kim are amazing at their callings in life. They are both so passionate on helping people plan for and through difficult and challenging times. I have worked with both on a professional level for years. I can't speak highly enough of their work ethic, attention to detail and compassion. If you are looking for a law firm in DC to assist you with your legal planning, you have found your home here with Patrick and Kim.
Patrick did a GREAT job with our case!!!! Professional and QUICK. I would use him again!
I had issue with contractor company. Reach out to Patrick and he took care of our action. Was able to file against the company and satisfied our meet. Everything was done quick! Very well responsive in emails.
As a medical billing and collection agent I have dealt with poor payers in the past but Horrell and Fahrenholz take the “bottom-feeder” attorney Tom a whole new low. After completing weeks of laborious contracted work, Patrick Horrell pulls out a non-disclosure and asks me to sign and notarize and he will “transfer payment for services within 5 minutes” of transmittal and upon receipt-HE WOUld PAY ME”. That was in MARCH OF 2020. The work order was completed January 6th and he still hasn’t paid me an “expedited” payment for work from September of 2019. HOW MUCH MONEY IS A NON-Disclosure worth to John Frank Fiore? is the real question. I’m sure his daughters and son and ex-wives and current wife Julia Robison Zeller Fiore will love to be PRIVY to the info if Horrell isn’t interested in PAYING ME.
Vendor beware! No payment received and complete lack of communication once invoice was sent. I have been ghosted. I initially spoke with Kim Fahrenholz in regards to performing an appraisal/inventory for an estate in Oklahoma when she called on December 17th, 2019. I met with her partner Patrick Horrell on December 18th for an initial consultation at the property in question to view the scope of work. I was told that the appraisal/inventory needed to be performed ASAP due to "situations". The urgency was stressed to me and after our meeting, I moved appointments around and made myself available for the onsite work to be done. A contract was signed and retainer received. Once the report was completed, I reached out to Patrick Horrell on January 13th, 2019 with an invoice for the balance. I have called, texted, emailed, and called Kimberly Fahrenholz as well without a response. I find the lack of communication from this law firm appalling. I moved work around from other local firms that I have relationships with to facilitate a report in the timely manner for a firm that stressed to me an urgency. There is a complete lack of professionalism that you would expect from a law firm of any degree.
