That said, here's my review: Holly Fairbairn helped me with my disability case twice, first in 2008, and again in 2020. She and her office were very effective, explaining what was going on, helping me navigate the system, and overcoming initial denials of my unusual case. Her office has always been prompt and responsive, and helped nudge me as needed to keep things moving along. I've also found her to be compassionate and kind, a great quality when dealing with people with disabilities. Early on when agreeing to represent me, Holly simply believed me, which was very important to me, honestly. Her fees are contingent on winning the case, are clear upfront, and are very reasonable.
