I am a Web Developer and I had some legal advice and services from Atty. Mack regarding some business dealings with my precious business partner Travis. I was in a bit of a bind due to back taxes and other regulatory problems. Faith Law Firm got me right. Anytime in the future, they will be my goto litigators. I highly recommend them for any legal advice and services that you me need.

We hired Faith to deal with unfiled tax returns. Faith made the process quick and painless, and we are happy with how things turned out. It was problem that was going on for many years and it’s finally behind us. The two things that impressed us most about Michael Mack. First, he always returned phone calls the same day. Second, and he did what he said he was going to do. I hired his law firm to deal with a substantial tax liability and he put in writing exactly what he was going to do for me, and he did it. I recommend them to anyone with a business or tax issue. I have used them and my dad has used them. They do a very good job. Nice people too.

Atty. Mack has performed excellently for me in all of my needs. He has helped me Multiple times in contractor dispute dispositions. Whenever I have an issue he is amazing. I am sure Mr. Mack is a very pleasant person and knows profession. Unfortunately I feel I wasted 6 months waiting on his firm. The only way anything happened I had to call and push. Was assured each time it was a staffing issue and wouldn't happen again. It did. Final call the attorneys were a bit indignant that they had not been paid anything. Pointed out I have waited months for communication and a plan. Including a bill. Really wanted to like this group but in the end with the delay and arrogance of assigned attorney didn't feel they would truly be a trusted advocate.

Huge disappointment. After watching attorney Mack's videos on the website, I had high hopes for this firm but found them to be very unprofessional and of no help at all. If they were unable to help me that's understandable but at least have the professionalism and common courtesy to say so. After running into a problem with my situation, I was told that an attempt would be made to correct the matter. I didn't hear anything from them for awhile and foolishly assumed that the matter must have been resolved and they must be working in my behalf(otherwise someone would have/should have communicated that, right) only to call and find that that was not the case, the matter had not been resolved, no one was trying to resolve it and no one even bothered to let me know. I was told that yet another attempt would be made to try and take care of the problem and that I would be contacted with updates. This never happened. When I called the office (Milwaukee office) on more than one occassion to inquire, I was always told someone would get back to me. No one ever has. Extremely unprofessional, I would not recommend them to anyone.

WHAT A NIGHTMARE! I consulted Michael Mack regarding tax issues. I had little money and had just started a second job. He took $2200 from me and did NOTHING. He had me sign paperwork allowing him to represent me--and proceeded to do NOTHING. Endless useless meetings that went nowhere and unanswered phone messages. He took my money and wasted precious time-- I had to hire another attorney who has been very effective. But thanks to Michael Mack wasting my time the penalties and interest has accrued heavily. STAY CLEAR!!!
