The attorney appeared unprepared and distracted during our meeting, and based on this experience, I would not recommend their services.

I called asking for clarity on a matter of a trust Faith Law handles, and they refused to clarify anything at all, even what the next step I need to take is!

I have been through several probates and they atr horrible! A friend tragically passed away and Fath Law was amazing!!!! First they respectfully said thier condolences and said we will help them through this. 2. We starting working with Nathalie and she worked with us with everything that we needed to do, there were several houses invovled, and was very meticulas on what needed to happen, information needed, etc. She took a huge weight off our shoulders, all the time checking in. 3. when we needed other information she was dilligent on pointing us in the right direction. All I can say is Faith Law helped us through the darkest time, taking care of everything so we could grieve and not worry about the details. Inefficient. Poor communication. Failed to keep me updated on the process. Failed to meet stated deadlines and then failed to report the failure. It's very unprofessional to give a client a date something would be done and then not doing it or letting anyone know it's not going to happen in the agreed timeframe. They made us feel like updating us was a burden. Do. Not. Recommend.

We had our living will,trust /estate planning /power of attorney /giardianship documents completed with Faith Law. They are very professional, knowledgeable and they really know what they are doing. Mr Clark Leuthold and Nathalie Flores worked on the documents and completed them on time as requested. We had at least 3 meetings and they explained us every step of the process and explained all the documents.Our sincere thanks to both of them. The price was reasonable for the work. I highly recomend the group .

The consultation was quoted to be 60.00 1/2 hour was charged 80.00. And really didn't answer the question. Let karma take care of it.

The thought of hiring an attorney was intimidating. Knowing I would have to give him a lot of money upfront was not appealing at all. However, after meeting and talking with Jim Ferlmann I felt at ease. My intuition let me know he was a good man and a good attorney. There was something about his approach that gave me enough confidence to hire him and YES give him what was to me, a large retainer. Rather than bore you with the details, I never lost my confidence in him and YES I did win the case. His knowledge was excellent and he seemed to have expertise in the fine details of the law. I highly recommend Jim and am blessed that my prayers were answered and I was led me to this ecellent attorney.

Made first appt for my 94 year old mom to re-edit my mom’s living trust. Who was visiting me fron California. She has a few real estate investments in AZ. The receptionist called the same day to cancel our appt. They asked to reschedule which we did for the following Friday at the surprise office - per receptionist request. Arrived at the surprise office for the 2nd scheduled appt. The receptionist gave us the wrong info. We called them to get the correct info n they said our appt was canceled again. No one called me to cancel. And of course this was the 2nd cancellation. You can’t rely on this office to keep appts.
