I could not have asked for a better experience during a tough time. Tonja and her staff are very professional and respond to messages in a very timely manner and took care of all concerns immediately.

I had some initial issues with the intake workflow and uncomfortable conversations with the paralegal handling that process. But after hearing of my negative experience, Tonja called me directly to apologize and make things right. I was very pleasantly surprised. I don't know how to rate Tonja as an attorney yet, but I give her 5 stars for her dedication of making prospective clients feel at ease.

Tonja is a great attorney! And its because of her i was able to see my youngest son on his birthday this year. Anyone who has gone through a custody battle knows, a great attorney is worth their weight in gold. They are there to answer your questions, put your mind at ease, and fight for you. Dan Falcon was the best attorney in town. He has retired, and I have a feeling it will be awhile before Great Falls gets another attorney as competent and thorough as he was.

Dan was great, then he retired. Tonja kostelecky charges you over $200 per hour, then when your done talking to her. She'll ask if you were telling the truth about what you said. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON TONJA KOSTELECKY OR HER ASSISTANT. Go get any other lawyer that has a heart beat, whomever it is. They will be110% better than TANJA was, thank you and have a great day.
