Mr. Fallon is a horrible lawyer. If you are of color he will not represent you to the fullest extent of ability. I have called and left MULTIPLE messages for a return call as my mother was looking to settle her case. Not only did he allow the 30day to past that she had to accept the offer-- but he and his team still have not reached out to apologize or anything. My mother is well into her 60's and is only receiving $180 bi-weekly. I have explained this to them on many occasions and still nothing! I have called and made a complaint to the Bar Associatio- he has to be stopped!
