Within a year retaining Faneuf Law Group, the insurance company for the other party involved settled the maximum amount from the at fault insureds coverage. The whole process, from what to expect up front (charges/fees), what the insurance company would be requesting and medical record keeping was phenomenal from start to finish. The Faneuf Law Group understood my health concerns and personal needs pertaining to this case and acted swiftly and accordingly to my needs. I was a victim in two different accidents. A hit and run and a rear end collision at high speed on the highway. Daniel was the best lawyer i couldve asked for in these two cases as he helped advocate for me and didn't make me feel dumb with how many questions I asked. Daniel was always on top of everything and would respond to my emails fairly quickly! First day I called him he immediately wanted to take my case when many other lawyers were turning me down because they wouldn't make enough money. This experience was partly due to communication issues that led me to do my own research and leg work to correct financial inaccuracies in my settlement proceedings. ** After my review (same day), Attorney Daniel Faneuf called me with concern and open ears for what went wrong, he accepted responsibility, acknowledged issues, and took immediate actions to remedy the situation. He even drove that same day to my home and oppologized in person. I feel as though this may have been a one off incident, and would consider his firm in the future. Regardless of the above situation, Daniel Faneuf was compassionate and left me feeling positively about his firm.
