Our private , small neighborhood was under attack by a malicious and unwarranted lawsuit. We hired Pat Fannin to represent all of us and to settle this case without loosing any of our rights. Mr. Fannin did an outstanding job prioritizing our needs and getting us exactly what we needed. He is extremely personal, prompt and knowledgeable. We can now rest easy in our fabulous neighborhood. Patrick is a complete a complete let down. So unprofessional late on appointments. Took forever to email me back. And when he did it was a complete slap to my face! So depressed and disappointed! Not only have I lost everything after the gray fire but now this. Can Justice ever be served! After he saw this I am sure he withdrew. Wow this is exactly what I was talking about my case happened in 2021 he just now withdrew! Thanks Patrick and Dawn appreciate you guys making my life that much harder.. Made me feel confident in the beginning then threw me to the wolves in the end. Real dirt bag move. Treat them with utmost dignity and respect. Follow the Golden Rule and treat them like you would want to be treated. This means keeping them informed and returning calls and e-mails. It also means being frank with them about the merits of their claims. Privately, with no judge, jury or insurance company listening, be straight about the pros and cons of their claim. Occasionally, in response to that honesty, some clients may become upset, even verbally abusive. When that happens, remember that if Jesus could bow and wash the feet of his disciples, attorneys too should humble themselves in the service of their clients and push on with their representation.
