Farah & Farah were wonderful! After a motorcycle accident the adjuster from the at-fault drivers insurance company would not return my calls, when I called the other adjusters trying to find out what was going on they would direct me to other people who couldn’t/wouldn’t help. I was worried as this was about simple vehicle reimbursement and I knew the medical bills would be substantial and well beyond what I’d be able to pay and be far more complicated. I wanted to be represented by well experienced professionals but didn’t want to be lost in the shuffle. When speaking to Farah & Farah I told them I was trying to recover from multiple broken bones and did not want to deal with insurance companies, worry about getting & paying for tons of huge hospital/Drs bills, I just wanted to focus on recovering. Farah & Farah were helpful, honest about letting me know what to expect and It was such a relief to know that I didn’t have to worry about the insurance company or the medical bills. My case manager always promptly responded to my questions, kept me up to date and let me know how my case was moving along. Not only did they do everything that I wanted them to do, they got a settlement from the insurance company that was much more than I was expecting. Hopefully I won’t ever need them again, but if I do, I would not consider going to anyone except Farah and Farah.
