My experience with my lawyer Camille Concannon was top tier!!!! She keeps in touch when she says, keep you updated and always answered whenever I called . She explained things so perfectly where i never got off a call with her and was confused. I wish she was seeing my case all the way through but it moved to litigation to someone different. Reached out to this office to do a case review. No issues if this isn’t a case they can help, totally fine with that but they asked one pertinent question regarding the case. The person doing the “review” didn’t know how to spell very simple words like “pacemaker.” Due to this, very minimal information was able to be relayed before they said they couldn’t take the case. When I called the ask how they could review the case without any information, the person who answered the phone started reading details of the case to me, all of which weren’t correct or the information I provided. I asked how a case review could be done without any information she couldn’t answer and instead just spoke over me. Bad experience but I guess this is another reason to work with local people instead of corporate offices.

I truly appreciate this firm!!! The whole staff was very diligent and quick about getting back to me from day one! They didn't leave me guessing and wondering what's going on. All information I received was true and accurate. They got right to the point and didn't add fluff!! Thank you !!!!

Less than a day But if your case ain't big enough or you are not injured You'll probably have to find somebody that has a smaller practice My suffering is real Just wish they would have given me a referral.
