I had a great experience with them, particularly Humberto Villalobos and Denisse Garcia. They were able to waive a significant amount of my medical fees, which helped me out a lot. Throughout the process, their communication was great and they kept me informed, answering my questions when necessary. Because of how well they handled my first case, I’m now working with them again on a second case! I definitely appreciate their help and professionalism.

I would strongly advise against using this firm, specifically Eliane. I came to them with a highly sensitive worker's comp case involving severe employer negligence that nearly cost me my life. I provided a fully organized file of doctor's notes, correspondence, and a timeline of events to make her job as easy as possible. ​Eliane did absolutely nothing with it. A month went by, she missed our scheduled appointment time, and then admitted she hadn't touched my file and knew nothing about my case. She promised to take action the next day, but instead, she completely ignored all of my subsequent messages and emails. Dealing with a severe injury is hard enough without a lawyer who ghosts you and treats your case with zero value. Save your time and find legal representation that actually communicates and cares.

If you want to waste time/ energy for a beach of warranty attorney go to farah&farah. I had major car issues 2 months after buying my vehicle. After 5 months having f&f as my attorney they dropped me via email. I insisted on a phone call, 6 days later attorney tells me I had only one at invoice and kia didn't settle. One invoice is a complete lie and shows their lack of professionalism. I then immediately sent him 3 invoices proving my attempts. 5 months wasted on them doing nothing. Their first question to take my case is that I have 3 invoices proving attempts and then for them to call me 5 months later and say I sent one. Pure laziness. I now have another attorney that communicated and has 98% success rate.

Don’t even waste your time with this law firm. I was looking for a lawyer to handle my case, and unfortunately, Farah & Farah just took my information and never reached out back to me until a week later to say they couldn’t take on my case, which is ridiculous. I’m not sure if this is legal or a scam, but they don’t even charge lawyer or filing fees; they do it for free and charge a 33.3% of the money that’s received. In Florida, filing fees are mandatory, and to even be inside a courthouse, don’t waste your time, money, or resources with these losers.

One of the easiest and most understanding law firms I have ever worked with I recommend to everybody

I wish I had I known better. This firm had my case for 3 years after I suffered a fall in 2023 that ended up causing severe damage. My case was transferred to 3 different attorneys. The first one asked for a settlement that was not approved by me and I politely declined it. The second one pretty much did nothing and kept pushing for me to settle even though there is clear evidence of negligence from the particular company and when I again didn’t agree, my case got passed to another attorney within the firm. This last attorney started out talking good but eventually she did the same thing, she kept bringing me issues but no solutions and did not like that I actually have a brain. I used ChatGpt to compose my thoughts and correspondences and was insulted numerous times because of it. 3 years into the case with no mention or conversation about my medical records or medical history but when I say that I’m not backing down and willing to go to trial, now all of a sudden I’m too difficult to work with. I sent emails to the higher ups to review my case and got no response from them but I did get a phone call informing me that my case was being dropped by them after 3 years. 3 years of suffering, pain, loss, and surgeries only to be left with nothing.
