Very disappointed by The Firm. We were very clear from the beginning on our lemon law case with Audi! They asked for a 40% retainer fee without even explaining how the process would be or how much those retainers fee would be if the dealer buys back the unit or provides us a new unit. As soon as we asked to speak directly to the lawyer to get answers to our questions about their contract we received a call saying he was no longer interested in representing us! While they talk about being the number one looking out for the interest of the customers and speak about how Morgan and Morgan are for their wallet they surely don’t represent what they sell. Very disappointed!

I currently have a case with them. I have yet heard back from them in months I leave voicemails they don’t respond back to me whatsoever. They suck all. I just want an update on my case they have yet to respond and here it is three months and I still haven’t received An email or a call from them yet they suck at communication. I advise you all to not work with Farrell & Farrell. They are not for the people. This will be my First and last time with them.

I was waiting for my Wife to come home on mother's day 2024 from shopping. She was Rear ended in a parking lot and Her car totalled and she suffered from bad Neck, Back and Ripped rotator cuffs and went to the Hospital. I contacted Farah and Farah St Augustine Florida. My wife suffered severely with many Treatments which involved Alot of Pain, I had to buy another car and my wife is partially disabled now. I credit MS Lopez to getting us the Maximum award from the others drivers Insurance company which was limited but enough to Buffer our hardships from an Innocent Nightmare scene on Mother's day I think that She and Farah and Farah did a good Job. It took about about a year for the case to Come to a Close, so people must be patient, do some legwork for them, Cooperate with the law firm and let them do their Job.
