At the beginning, the service was very good: clear explanations about my case, good support, and consistent communication. However, as time went by, the experience completely changed. After 9 months, my case was still not closed. They took too long to contact the at-fault party's insurance, which ultimately did not cover the damages. Communication became difficult, everything was extremely slow, and although the staff is polite, I would not recommend this place. I even started to wonder if it’s truly possible to find a good accident attorney in California. Finally, 14 months later —for what was supposed to be a “simple” case— my process was closed. For months I had already been unhappy with the service: I had to call constantly, they said they would call me back and never did. It was a long, complicated, and exhausting process. Yes, the case is now closed, but personally I reiterate that I do not recommend this place. We did close the case, yes, but I reiterate that I don't recommend this firm.
