It was a pleasure working with Tom and Rebecca on a long-term disability policy dispute with a major long term disability policy carrier. Tom fought hard to get me a settlement after the carrier dropped me from my Long Term Disability policy after 2 years. I had paid on that policy for over 15 years before becoming disabled. The carrier used data and opinions from doctors that I never saw nor communicated with to make their decision. Tom negotiated hard with the carrier's attorney assigned to the case and got me an adequate one-time settlement. Tom kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend his firm.
