Would not use again and would not recommend.

I had the privilege of working with Attorney Ann Farrell for a real estate closing. She was highly professional, was clearly knowledgeable in her field, and simply made the experience as seamless as possible. She absolutely made my life easier regarding the process by having me come in to pre-sign documents, while explaining what happens every step of the way. After the closing, she went above and beyond, persevering through several attempted wire transfers until she was able to successfully complete the transaction. The issue was related to my bank and was not a result of actions taken by her or her firm. I would recommend her without reservation, and am grateful for her help and expertise.

Horrible! All the negative cliche's you hear about lawyers. Claim expertise yet demonstrates little, unresponsive, doesn't answer questions, rejects calls and visits, unprepared, unwilling to discuss, doesn't deliver on promises, damages your case. Appears to help the opposition. Still demands money. Perhaps time has passed them by? Should they be allowed to practice law at their age or should there at least be a disclaimer of competence? Only wish we knew before they cause so much harm. Do your research. When will these types of lawyers be dealt with by authorities for the public good?

Ann and her team have done an excellent job for us on a recent real estate matter. Her service was excellent and fees very reasonable. She made a new client. Thank you Ann!

This is a very complicated subject with rules that are not easily teased through by the "lay person" and Ann, Chris, and Phil ease your mind with simple explanations and reasonable to do lists for family members. I can't recommend Farrell & Grochowski enough. When my spouse had strokes and became disabled they were instrumental in helping us to navigate through the mountain of things that needed to be done. We also had our wills and living wills done with them. They are kind, professional, knowledgeable and explain things in terms that we could easily understand.

Sly lawfirm. Unresponsive. Keeps information from client's. This law firm does not care about your wellbeing. Did not explain to my family or plan what would happen if they could not make their own decisions properly. Ann Farrell spent down their money unnecessarily. Nothing was planned, nothing was explained. Do you want that to be you? Ann Farrell plays games. Tells me oh, she lives on the 5th floor, but I am not telling you the apartment number. In it for the money. One bad decision after another for my family. Family member died because of Ann Farrell's bad decisions. Got an email stating my family member died, not a phone call. Did not care how I felt. This law firm does not consult with the family. With pictures of Farrell's family photo's, and the way she treats other people, it makes me think of her as kitsch. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 "They know their way around the law." was told to me by my friend that is a retired judge.

Very cringey ad. Plus they added the worst probate judge on thier legal team . Very cult like

When I needed a will, I went to the Law Offices of Farrell & Grochowski as they were highly recommended in town. I was impressed with the team's knowledge, professionalism and customer focus. The overall experience was better than expected. I can now sleep easier at night knowing that my family will be taken care of if the need arises.

Unfortunately I am posting dissatisfaction for a firm that I was referred by my financial advisor…which makes it worse. I am embarrassed and I am the client! If only they responded to phone calls and emails. I suppose they have too many clients to deal with and I am not that important
