Never use Brandi Chudoba! I had her for a Guardian Ad Litem and she bypassed everything I said about my ex husband including his mental health, his suicide attempts, his hospitalizations and his mother's and grandmother's mental health problems. She looked into nothing. A year later, after she had already told the courts he was a fit father and believed more than half of what his family said about me... he committed suicide. A lot of things in my sons life that he had to go through could have been avoided if she had just listened to me and done some research like she's paid to do. Attorneys that I showed her report to laughed at it, said there were no dates, no evidence, nothing to back up her statements and she was sloppy and unorganized. She did not care about my son and his wellbeing because if she did. She would have tried harder or tried at all. She was also so incompetent that she didn't get her report to the courts until the judge had to subpoena her.
