To all negative reviews. Sounds like Joel did his job!!!
Joel Faxon can be a handful to litigate against but he is efficient about getting to the heart of the matter and comes up with creative solutions in difficult cases.
This attorney should be mandated by a judge to issue a formal apology to the cardiothoracic surgeon whose reputation & career he ruined by publishing false statements before his client testified under oath about the identity of the person that told her she had to go for a 2nd surgery because "not enough rib was taken out" & she swore that the identity of the person was Dr. Quarry. Any reputable attorney knows that you don't name names in a complaint. Specifics get revealed during the discovery process of litigation & he was negligent by naming Dr. Quarry as the person that lied to his client. Not to mention that Quarry was let out of the lawsuit in May of 2016, over 2 years ago. This lawyer should have come out to the press himself to publicly say that his client lied---Quarry didn't lie. Stay far away.
This review is submitted by an apparently disgruntled associate or supporter of a physician that participated in a surgery at Yale where the wrong body part was removed from the patient we represented. The case has been settled by Yale on behalf of the malpracticing physicians involved in the procedure. Yale has demanded secrecy regarding the financial settlement terms that we are constrained to follow.

Our firm’s Lawyers.com and MARTINDALE reviews are 5/5 and our lawyers have the highest competency and ethical ratings possible. Trial law is often a “contact sport.”
This lawyer admitted publicly to making inaccurate statements damaging to the career and reputation of a surgeon. Why anyone would trust him is beyond me.
The wrong body part was removed from the patient we represented. The case was settled by the hospital on behalf of the malpracticing physician involved in the procedure. The defendant demanded confidentiality regarding the financial settlement terms that, to this day, we are constrained to follow.
