Horrible law firm spoke to Chris one time in a year I would call and ask to speak to him & get mark who doesn’t know how to do his job & honestly seems slow. I had the money for my car I crashed a whole month because I was doing their job for them & I called in to speak about something else & he asked “hey do you wanna get paid for your car ? “When my check finally came I asked for a reduction on my loan I had taken out & have been waiting damn near a month for the answer they told me they would get the Same day. Going in to sign right now & never will use them again I DO NOT RECOMMEND this law firm 🚮 🗑️ they don’t even deserve the one ⭐️.

Absolutely the worst communication with their clients. I had a third party tell me that he had information that I had settled, unbeknownst to me. I call. I email. I text. Not until I threatened to leave bad reviews and contact the BBB did I receive a return call. Unbelievably poor. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I have been waiting for my check for a case for months and they told me to come pick it up that it finally came in and upon my arrival they said they had no idea where it had gone. Anne Fay is an absolute joke to her job and very rude. I do not recommend coming here. The staff never knows what they are doing. They never pick up calls and whenever i ask to speak to someone they are always unavailable. The entire staff is absolutely disgusting and rude. They're entire law firm is a joke.

Chris and Mark Fay were very professional whenever we conducted business with each other. My only complaint was the lack of regular contact or updates on my case. I did feel like I was being left in the dark at times. I chalk it up to my case being quite small in comparison to their other clientele, but nonetheless, Chris and Mark and the office staff always spoke to me with respect and explained the nature of my case and the process in laymen's terms. I recommend their services in the event you get into an accident of some kind and seek fair legal recompense.

I would like to express my disappointment and frustration with the service provided by this law firm, which I believe deserves a zero rating. The service was highly unprofessional. Initially, I had the opportunity to speak with a lady named Wilda. However, thereafter, whenever I called to inquire about the status of my case, the secretary would inform me that no one was available to take my call and would direct me to voicemail. After 5 weeks of me calling them, I decided this was enough and I decided to send a message stating that I no longer required their assistance. I then received a phone call from the lawyer I had been unable to reach, informing me that he would look into my case. Due to the lack of communication and unprofessionalism, I don't recommend Fay Law Associates—also, the Front desk secretary is rude.

Great experience, they took care of everything. I signed rather quickly, I know it really depends on the case but from top to bottom they handled mine. Will be back if ever needed again!

Can't exactly comment on the credibility or how how good the law office. But apparently their employees don't have to follow the same road laws as everyone else. Driving straight from a left turn only lane and turning left at an intersection that was clearly labeled no left turn.

So far not having a good experience at all with Faye law and their associates. When they want to get in touch with you they will call you non stop daily but once you want to get in touch with them it’s nearly impossible. I’m still dealing with a car accident case from 5 years ago with Faye law and had not heard anything in regard to the case until a few months ago (5 years later) at point when I had a lawyer calling me every day, setting up disposition etc. since then about 3 months have passed and I call Faye law every single day asking for a update but no one is available and they promise you a call back that you will never receive. I guess their law firm doesn’t communicate with each other or they just don’t care about certain cases. Very frustrating and wish I took this case else where. I wish I would’ve checked their reviews prior because it seems a lot of people go through the same thing with this firm. They suck! Don’t waste your time, Broscoe & broscoe is much better. Ask for Dino! ****Update. I currently still have a case file with them because I have been going through this case since 2019 and assuming it would be impossible to switch this case at this point. Faye law associates, namely Kara Faye has lied to me time and time again. She told me on 9/20/24 that I was to sign paperwork to receive my check (that was way less then I anticipated receiving from this case) in 7-10 days, 30 max on 9/20/24. It is now nov 4th and they say they still haven’t received anything when they told me it was mailed out to them on 10/18/24. Very frustrating but pray for me as I will keep everyone updated on my remaining experience
