Attorney Tomasiewicz took on a very challenging criminal matter, involving two Class B felonies and several misdemeanors, in the toughest jurisdiction in the State of Connecticut. Over the course of a year and a half, through perseverance, diligence and finesse, he was able to get a five year sentence reduced to two years, one of the felonies nolled and the other felony reduced to a Class C.
