I was very happy with my experience with Fedlaw and specifically with Samuel Ballard. Everyone I interacted with was professional and was respectful of my time. I appreciated the advice I received and I felt like Sam struck a nice balance between giving me realistic expectations of how things would proceed and listening to and advocating for what I wanted.

I had an excellent experience working with Ms. Susan Beller for my disability case. From our first consultation she demonstrated professionalism, genuine care, and a deep understanding of disability law and the benefits process. She always kept me updated on what was going on during the process. I couldn’t have had a better lawyer to represent me.

Do not use this lawyer office. Very unprofessional during court proceedings. Was given stacks of papers to follow Agency proceedings however stacks of papers were out of order. Dont use Ellen either. Pressured me to take a settlement because Agency would not send me back to field training. I asked Merit System Protection Judge if he could restore my law enforcement job and the judge said yes he has restored law enforcement officers back to their jobs. Ellen focus was on her other client who went missing and not focused on my case. Much more unprofessionalism by Ellen that I will not discuss. Don't hire this law firm. Paid $20k and they only refunded $3300. Ellen quit right in front of the judge leaving me with no lawyer to proceed and made me look very bad. Very unprofessional. I had to pay $8000 for another lawyer to proceed forward.

Mr Wersing ruined my case by failing to identify the wrong jurisdiction for common law. I had it established in DC and he stated it was created in Virginia which was incorrect. I wasted so much money and ended up needing to spend tens of thousands of dollars appealing. Do not put yourself in the same situation. You’ll end up paying more on appeal costs.

Now, if someone does I refuse to use this company because I am already having a hard time getting to talk to anyone!

One of the worst lawyers I have ever experienced. I went to this person due to the high reviews. They did never answered calls, late in filing appeals, and ultimately lost. Stay clear of this law firm. You will be truly disappointed.
