When trying to collect my disability on my own became overwhelming, I mean really overwhelming, I decided to get attorney. With my main criteria being distance from my house (as I am pretty ill these days) I was more than extremely lucky when it turned out Blair was right around the corner. I say that because during my research of attorneys she showed up favorably. I called Feldman Disability Law Firm and reached Susan the office manager, and after explaining my situation as time is of the essence ( I'm stage four cancer) she actually had me come in the same day!!! I was so relieved. She was so professional and helpful I TRULY FELT as I had made a good decision with my choice in Feldman Disability. Well to make a story short this law firm straight attacked my problems with Social Security and within perhaps a week tops ,I had Social Security calling me . True Story. But it gets better. As of this date I don't believe that I retained Feldman Law hardly a full month ago and I have already received a partial payment on my back pay! That's. Unbelievable. I mean truly unbelievable as my whole experience with Feldman Law has been . Relieved so much stress getting that money so quickly. Just give them a call. You'll be happy you did.Thank you
Being disabled and fighting a mountain of medical debt, I've been in the unfortunate position of needing the services of more than one lawyer over the past several years. Let me tell you how Blair Feldman is a total rockstar compared to some of the other lawyers I've worked with. 1. She is very straightforward, honest, and sets realistic expectations. I have never once felt like she was manipulating me to get my business or to trying to steer the outcome of my case in order to get more profit. 2. She is an exceptionally good communicator. She nearly always responds to my emails within a day or two, and she always answers ALL of my questions-- not just the ones that are convenient or easy to answer. I have never once felt dismissed in my concerns. Importantly-- you might have long periods of wait time in your SSA case-- and Blair might not actively be in touch with you during those periods. But she is always there if you need her, and she walks through all of this stuff with you and sets expectations about what the process of appealing an SSDI decision looks like-- including those long wait periods. Just knowing what to expect with this stuff helps A LOT in calming the nerves. 3. She is earnest and empathetic without making me feel coddled, like some other disability attorneys I spoke with did. I never felt like she talked down to me. 4. Before she even agreed to represent me, she helped me with a ton of complicated questions I had during the process of reapplying for SSDI after a past denial at the ALJ level. She probably spent a couple hours of her time, unpaid, on that alone. You can tell her heart is in the work. 5. She wouldn't sign papers to officially represent me during my initial application process because (paraphrasing) "a lot of people win their cases during the initial application, and I don't want to be charging you legal fees if you've really won the case on your own without me actually doing any work for you." So she gained my trust in her integrity pretty early on in the process. 5. She gave detailed homework and instructions to me on what it would take to win my case. And it worked-- I won my case in reconsideration, despite having a past denial at the ALJ level. I did not have to see another ALJ or go through another hearing, and now I have medicaid and the massive financial relief of years of backpay in my bank account. 6. Her incidental/paperwork fees were super reasonable. 7. She's someone I would have a beer with. All told, I'm super happy with Blair and the work she's done for me. It's been a really hard few years for our family, and her ability to break down what needs to be done, and WHY took a big weight off me. If you want a great lawyer who operates like a project manager (in the best possible way), who cares about you, has high integrity, and is a straightforward, honest communicator, Blair is your gal. Can't recommend enough.
Blair Feldman made the whole process simple and easy for me. She was always a phone call, text, or email away with answers to any question I had. Thank you again!
Everything worked out well for me thanks for all your support and help.
Ive never met the actual attorney. Her receptionist / assistant seems very nice and courteous.
Blair represented me in my hearing. She showed that she really listened and represented me with the same words I would have used.

Blair helped me at every step and kept my spirits up when I felt it was all hopeless. I greatly appreciate her and her firm for all the work they did helping me navigate through all the confusing paperwork and appointments.
I was referred to Blair by another Disability Attorney in town, because they didn't have openings to see to my case in a timely manner, and I am so appreciative that they recommended Blair to me. She helped me through the denial appeal process for my SSDI application and was professional, courteous, and thoughtful every step of the way. If I had any questions I could email her and would get a timely response in answer. Her personal knowledge regarding the Judges in town, who work alongside the SSA, was a major relief as well since I was able to learn how my assigned Judge personally works through the process. I greatly appreciate her aid and attentiveness with my case, I'm in my 30s, which made my fight for disability benefits much harder, and I personally believe that her attention to detail and her several years of experience as a Disability Attorney helped me in getting approval with my first application for SSDI benefits. I'm incredibly greatful. She definitely deserves the 25% she'll be getting from my backpay, once it's processed in a couple months. If you're needing attorney assistance with your disability case, I highly recommend meeting with Blair Feldman for Disability Representation in Tucson, AZ.
Blair Feldman and her staff are amazing. She took on my disability case and with the short amount of time that she had to prepare, Ms Feldman was able to assist me and I was finally granted disability after many years of denials and appeals. She was great in keeping in contact with me and answering any and all questions that I had through this whole process!! I would very highly recommend her anytime!!!
She was a great help for my case.
Blair does a phenomenal job in helping with the Social Security cases. She remains very professional and always responds in adequate time when you have questions. Very thorough when going through the experience and gives step-by-step of what’s going to happen based on your case. As long as you keep open communication with her and give her any updates regarding medical information and anything Social Security sends you she will get everything taken care of . When handling your case, she handles it with Grace and understanding and in the courtroom is very professional in defending your case for you. If you listen to her instructions and do everything, she recommends the process will be very smooth. She helped me out tremendously and words can’t describe how much I’m appreciative of how much effort she put in to my case. She truly cares about the work she does above and beyond for her clients, very compassionate person.
We got our SSI claim on first appeal (which is when I reached out and hired her, for my disabled son). The job is done, I am thankful, and she's been available for questions. She's been a good source of support along the way.

I am not one to leave reviews...good or bad....but I feel that I need to warn others. I am on long term disability . Blair was suggested to me to me to handle my social security disability case. She completely let down. I trusted Blair Feldman to represent me for my social security disability case....I am now in a very bad way. I now owe long term disability 15509.15 dollars and what I should be receiving monthly is cut in half. I trusted Blair Feldman and am now in a very bad way. I truly cannot work because of my health conditions. I am not out to destroy Blair Feldman. I just don't want anyone else to suffer what I am going through and what I will continue going through. She got her 30 percent and I am in a hurting way struggling. I just want to warn others that if you are on long term disability DO NOT trust Blair Feldman to represent you for your social security disability case.
I am sorry to hear you are struggling and I believe your frustration is misplaced here. I want to make sure others who see this review aren't confused. I only handle Social Security disability cases, and do not handle private longterm disability cases. Longterm disability providers have special contracts and terms that dictate how their benefits interplay with Social Security benefits that we have no control over. Further, my fee for all cases is a one-time 25% of backpay ONLY if we win your case.
The best lawyer Thank you!!!
