All the lawyer jokes make sense now... Lackluster older guy with a thinning book who didn't want to make in-house referral when the case exceeded his expertise. Cringe.

Sara Gullickson McGrane participated within behavior against myself three days ago that is now being reported as violation of FERPA to the Department of Education and the Minnesota Bar Association. Do not ever use this firm, do not ever trust an attorney who behind close doors is willing to torment, harass, and participate in practices that create demises and wrong doing towards the innocent. Sara McGullickson McGrane should never be considered to be an ethical attorney that the public can trust.

Fred Krietzman is a veteran, consummate professional whom I've worked with for many years. I'd recommend him to anyone.

I called in with concern of a legal issue I was facing. I never been in a legal dispute. I reached out to Felhaber Larson and I was working with Fredrick Krietzman. From our initial conversation, I was told I couldn't go further till I signed an engagement letter. There was no explanation of my position in the dispute, or if I had a case or not. I was in need, so I signed quickly and sent over any documents I had to help my case. It took a week to hear back. The response was that he was confused on the situation. At that point I was already looking for a new attorney. As I am not a legal professional I tried my best to explain that situation to him. I also provided as much information as I could provide him. He could've got back to me sooner if he had questions. He wasn't responsive. There was a poor service quality. I basically explained myself again. After going with a different attorney, I was billed for two hours of his time. I don't think he even spent that much time on my case. Even so that was a poor service. I don't think I should've been charged the full rate. I wouldn't recommend this Firm if all their attorney and service are like that. I had a really bad time and service.

Attorney Barbara Kristianssen helped me with my mother's trust, will, and power of attorney / power of healthcare documents when I moved her from California. Ms. Kristianssen is very knowledgeable, explained everything very well in layman's terms, and charged us a fair rate. She also told us which documents (trust) were fine to leave in their current state vs. charging us to redo them for Minnesota. I am now going to have her do my own will and trust! Highly recommend.
