Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Felicetti Law Firm. I have been completely ghosted—no returned phone calls, no email responses, and no updates on my case. I’ve completed my physical therapy, and the party at fault has already sent correspondence requesting follow-up, but I’ve heard nothing from my own legal team. Clients deserve basic communication and accountability, and that has been missing here.

NEVER get involved with these lawyers; they're scammers. All they do is collect the chiropractor's money, then they never answer your calls, and we never found out what happened to our case. They're crooks, and they have different people answer the phone, and whoever does say they have nothing to do with it... but when they want you to choose them, they're all right. They call every day, but then they disappear. We NEVER heard from them again.

It's disrespectful to play with people like that.

I have a claim with this company for almost 1 year after a car accident. They received the money from the claim made to the other person's insurance and they have not sent me my money. I have them the right amount of time and will proceed to further steps because they are now saying they need to clarify or negotiate with the clinic I went which is taking them almost 7 months. To add that I have never been able to speak with my lawyer again. They were very fast to get my money and keep it with them. This is already causing colateral issues as my money is being mishandled by them and they are being very unprofessional!!!!!!

It's unbelievable how I just called the office and the person who answered hung up on me because they couldn't give me an answer. They've had my case for over a year, they've changed my lawyer more than three times, and they've never called to notify me. Three weeks ago, I called and a person named Christian informed me that they had changed my lawyer again. They said they would call me to schedule an appointment, but weeks have passed and I still haven't met the new lawyer. Every time I call, they put me through to a different person. My first lawyer missed a hearing because, according to the second lawyer, she forgot. My second lawyer was very kind, but apparently, he simply resigned, and I don't even know my new lawyer. It's infuriating and even rude. I've been polite and patient in every call (they're recorded by you and you can verify it), but you have undoubtedly disrespected me time and time again by not providing the proper attention and communication.

These lawyers are tremendous garbage, you call them and they never answer, that Elizabeth never shows up, I don't recommend them at all.
