He just wasted our time. You pay him and then you never hear from him again unless you call daily, but even then it took two years to process a simple FOIA (Foreign Information Act) and he never did anything with immigration. He's very punctual when it comes to collecting payment, though. Look for a better option; I personally don't recommend him.
